I was involved in a rear-end collision 2/23/25 and my insurance referred me to a few businesses. I opted for Caliber Collision Elgin based on the positive reviews and I am glad I did. Their customer service was great and professional, they maintained communication and updates very well throughout the whole repair process. I started driving my vehicle again within a month or so. Thank you so much for a job well done!

If you're looking for good work and honest car repairs, this is your place to go!! The Manager; David, greeted me with a smile and a hand shake. Inside, Stephanie; Receptionist, greeted me as well. After a brief description of services I needed, my car was immediately taken into the Shop and, I was given an estimate time of completion. Definitely worthy of Five Stars!! I'll definitely tell others about Caliber Collision and, return for any future needed services. Thank you, Caliber Collision.

The experience overall with Caliber Collision was great. The staff was very friendly. Whenever I had a question they were always happy to answer. My car was in the shop for about 2 & a half weeks. Not long at all. The repairs looked as if nothing had happened which is amazing. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.
